Our Story

A couple of years ago, we were riding in a truck with Ryan Walker, owner of Skywalker HVAC, as he rattled off everything on his plate: invoices to send, jobs to schedule, equipment to order, payroll to run, permits to pull. He was running a profitable business with three technicians, but without an office manager, everything lived in his head.

A few months later, Ryan hired an experienced HVAC office manager. Billing, payroll, and day-to-day operations finally had real ownership, and Ryan had the bandwidth to focus on customers and growth. That shift was the lightbulb moment. We founded WorkHero to make that kind of change possible for every HVAC owner.

Known for her organization and problem-solving skills, Kelsey is driven by a passion for helping small HVAC companies streamline operations and grow with confidence.

She comes from a family of small HVAC owners and deeply cares about seeing as many small business owners succeed as possible.

As a two-time founder, Omar has built companies from scratch and understands firsthand what it takes to scale sustainably. He applies a practical, operator-first perspective to marketing, GTM, and growth.
