Jamie brings experience in engineering leadership, AI automation, and small business ownership to WorkHero. He and his wife run an Edible Arrangements in Boise, Idaho, where he's seen firsthand how administrative work competes with serving customers and supporting a team. As an AI Automation Engineer, he builds practical tools that simplify operations and give owners time back. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and their dogs.
