Bea brings over 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a background spanning bookkeeping, operations, and small business management. Her experience includes payroll, job costing, purchasing, inventory and vendor management, team development, as well as software implementations and system migrations. Having worked closely with both field and office teams, Bea understands how the different pieces of an HVAC business come together. She has helped implement new software and processes to improve workflows and day-to-day operations. She enjoys learning how each business operates, identifying where she can be most helpful, and finding practical ways to make things run a little more smoothly.
