Chris spent years in corporate America, working his way into management and learning firsthand how large, operationally efficient organizations run. He then spent five years inside a small HVAC business, helping scale it from $200K to over $3 million while rebuilding the back office so the owner wasn't stuck in the weeds. Now he's focused on bridging that gap, giving small contractors the same operational horsepower and culture that big companies spend millions to build. Chris is passionate about helping owners stop being run by their businesses and start running them intentionally.
